Welcome to The Nursing Note, your go-to resource for healthcare reference cards. As an Emergency Registered Nurse, I know how demanding and fast-paced healthcare can be. The Nursing Note began as a bunch of handwritten study notes, laminated and hole punched to fit on my badge reel. I had just begun working in the resuscitation bays, and wanted quick access to the important concepts I was still learning, such as blood gas interpretation, ventilator trouble shooting and cardiac rhythm recognition and intervention. Soon, my colleagues were asking for copies, and what started as a personal solution quickly grew into something that could help healthcare workers everywhere!
