All orders (besides bundle deals) incur a $4.90 postage fee, inclusive of tracking. Bundle deals incur a $5.50 postage fee.

I made an error with my shipping address, can I change it?
If a mistake has been made, please contact The Nursing Note as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order has already been dispatched, The Nursing Note will not provide a refund and a new order must be placed.
Does The Nursing Note ship internationally?
Unfortunately not! All nursing material is based upon Australian guidelines, policies and procedures, therefore information may slightly differ in other countries.
Does The Nursing Note accept refunds?
Refunds will ony be issued for damaged products within 7 days of delivery, verified by photographic evidence. No refunds for used items or change of mind.
